We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will fix the issue. If there is an error on our part, we will NOT refund your order. We will send out the correct/fixed order.

we, harps hobbies, are allowed to refund items due to pricing error or offer another solution. If solution is not met, we will refund and cancel the items, reprice, and add them back to the site.
